Can I produce enlarged copies for visually-impaired students and staff?
The CLA Licence permits the production of enlarged copies of up to a whole book or journal provided no suitable accessible format of the edition copied is commercially available.
Can I copy onto acetate?
The CLA Licence permits the creation of copies onto acetate but is subject to the same limitations as copying onto paper.
Can I make more copies than specified in the basic CLA Licence?
Yes, with permission from the copyright holder.
Can I make a copy from a copy?
No. All copying must be from published originals and should not breach CLA limitations.
Can I make copies away from the College premises?
Yes. However, copies may only be made from published material owned by the College. This also applies to digital copies.
