Pcounter is an enterprise print and copy management solution, providing monitoring, accounting, cost control and cost recovery facilities for all network print and photocopier environments. Rules can be set to limit page counts, copy counts, paper sizes, document types as well as costing per paper size, based on usage such as colour and duplex. Photocopier control is centralised using either external control devices or embedded software on multi-functional devices which is now available for a number of leading manufacturers' hardware. Secure print release with pull printing capability is configurable either via PC release stations or at devices using control terminals or embedded software. Authentication options include keypad ID + PIN, user name/password or via ID cards.

Pcounter integrates with leading print room management and job ticketing applications to enable centralised accounting and charge back of print room activity with the traditional network print and photocopying activity within an organisation.
